This modular, semi-permanent (or permanent) Orange Train Wash system can be strategically positioned wherever needed, resulting in significant reductions in civil engineering and operational costs while offering flexible CAPEX or OPEX procurement options. Built with the sustainable d² range of safer, stronger, and faster GRP components known for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, these units maintain a compact, modular design and enhance safety through non-conductive materials.

Our clients benefit from a complete, end-to-end solution for the design, supply, and installation of the Orange Train Wash infrastructure, which includes the substructure, safety walkway, and the patent-pending Envirosump liquid catchment system. The wash system uses 85º deionised water delivered through 60 precision jets, along with powerful air blades and brushes that eliminate the need for additional chemicals, ensuring an eco-friendly, thorough clean. Sensors automatically retract the system, allowing trains not scheduled for cleaning to pass through. Between washes, the water temperature remains at 20º, ensuring uninterrupted service even in winter conditions.
